The objective of measuring beneficiary satisfaction

Due to the keenness of the Saudi Academy in the Saudi Federation for Robotics and Artificial Intelligence to follow up and measure the quality of e-learning in the Academy, which requires collecting the opinions and experiences of beneficiaries to develop e-learning content

By analyzing the results of the application of questionnaires prepared for this purpose, these questionnaires are represented in several basic axes that were reached by reviewing many sources to come up with a framework that includes various aspects of beneficiary satisfaction, which are as follows:

‫Usage Focus

This axis is concerned with the impressions that describe the user experience of the Academy's e-training systems in terms of accessibility
and ease of handling. 

‫Effectiveness Hub

‫This theme is concerned with identifying the views of the beneficiaries on the pros and cons of providing educational content through e-training systems, as well as the obstacles that prevent the maximum benefit from this content, and what are the opinions and proposals to overcome them.

‫Axis of Trust

This theme deals with identifying the views of the beneficiary on the truthfulness and reliability of the data and content provided. As well as the availability of factors to attract the attention of the beneficiary and integrate him into the learning environment.

‫Awareness Pillar

This axis is concerned with identifying the impressions of the beneficiary around the world and raising awareness of the technical, technical and academic support services provided. As well as ways and mechanisms to benefit from them.

Measurement tool application time

The questionnaire is sent before the end of the course and the trainees' responses are received until the time of issuing the certificate.
